How much exercise should i do?
It can be started with 150 minutes a week with brisk walking, jogging, swimming or working with exercise equipment.

Someone else's work schedule may not work for you!

How soon can I exercise after surgery?

Walking is the most important and fundamental exercise and is often recommended while you are still in the hospital.
As you recover, you will also be asked to increase your exercise duration and intensity.
For exercises that create tension in the abdomen after surgery, it is important to wait until you get approval from your doctor.
What kind of exercise should I do?
Routine aerobic, resistance and flexibility exercises are recommended for best results other than walking.
Exercises such as swimming or water aerobics will also be extremely beneficial within your means.
Videos for home workouts are also a great option if you don't have access to a gym near you.
